"I am in charge of everything within the media side of Splash. This involves things like this website and social media sites. I believe that I contribute alot to the company because of my innovative ideas. I enjoy all of the creative things we have to do but I am willing to take on any challenge that is given to me. I love taking part in this programme because I have learnt alot along the way and I look forward to learning more."
"I am the Managing Director of Splash. I was eager to be in this programme before we even started and was the first to sign up. I believe that I am the back bone of this company as I always drive the group to be the best they can be. Being managing director means that I have a lot of responsibility. I think that I bring order to our company and that's always good when in sticky situations."
"I work in Human Resources of Splash. I enjoy doing this because it involves thinking about things from different perspectives, getting in contact with other people and generally just using my brain. Being in this process has brung me closer with the rest of the company and has also taught me many lessons that I will certainly need for the future. More importantly I am enjoying myself and that's the best part!"
"Within our company I work in the operations area. This involves day to day functions of the business in order to make our company the best we could possibly be. I strongly believe in providing the best service for the public and I think that is what I bring to this company. I enjoy taking part in this process because i think in a way it is setting me up for the future."

"My role within Splash is Marketing Director. I know that if we have a captivating appearance people will love us as a company. If our products look pristine we are sure to go a long way. For me it's all about appearance but this process has taught me that life isn't all about that and you have to take other things into consideration as well. Overall, I think that with my idea's and input I help Splash to look as fresh as a company should be!"
"I am the Assistant Managing Director in Splash. My role sounds really serious but I'm not a serious kind of girl. I enjoy having fun but I know when it's time to be professional. I'm confident and very chatty. I believe that I bring fresh, sensible ideas to the company. I enjoy being a part of this programme because I feel as if I have learnt alot about myself and also the process of having my own business."

"I am the one in charge of health and safety within the company. Even though my role is serious, I tend to always be in my own little world but when it comes to Splash I'm down for it! I put alot of love and care into the jobs that I do because I want the public to have the best experience as possible with our product."

"I am the loud one in the company. Always up for getting involved with new tasks and also getting to know and meeting new people. I am full of energy and bursting with confidence all of the time. Within the company my role is sales. I think that I bring the motivation into our company especially when it comes to selling/meeting the public."
"I'm in charge of Splash's money. I am the finance girl. This involves everything from counting money to adding up totals on the hundreds of receipts we have. Some say that I'm the pretty one with the brains which I obviously agree with. I feel as if I am the one who brings the quirkiness to the company. I'm always up for abit of fun!"
